Tell us your expected arrival time and agree key handover in advance, especially for evening or overnight arrivals. Early access depends on availability. Paid late checkout needs host approval.
Airport plans?
Airport pickup and airport drop-off can be requested separately in the booking flow. Choose BIA / CMB or Mattala / HRI and share your flight details and any short travel note.
BIA / CMB costs USD 50 and Mattala / HRI USD 45 per one-way air-conditioned transfer. The host still needs to arrange a driver; no journey duration or equipment is promised.

Arrive at the right gate.
Free parking is included. Let the host know if you are arriving by car so the entrance and parking arrangements can be explained for your vehicle. The site does not promise a specific number of parking spaces.
If you arrive by train, bus or an independent driver, use the confirmed pin for the final route. Ask locally about any railway crossings and current access. We do not publish unverified walking times or transport timetables.
The villa provides no prepared meals. If you arrive late, plan food for the evening or ask about current independent dining options. The shared kitchen remains part of your accommodation access.
