What the forms collect

An enquiry stores your name, email address and message. A booking request also stores your contact number, dates, adult count, children’s ages, room allocation, arrival details, relevant pet information, selected extras and any requests you provide. Booking records retain the price, offer, policy version, payment status, reference and operational history.

Please provide only information needed for your stay. Do not include card numbers, identity-document scans, medical records or other sensitive documents in the message fields. This site does not take card payments.

How it is used

The host uses your information to respond, review availability, manage the reservation, agree arrivals and requested extras, record payments and handle changes or cancellations. A requested transfer may need relevant journey details shared with the chosen transport provider after arrangements are agreed.

Records are stored in the website’s server database and made available only through the protected owner area. If the host configures notifications, the required enquiry or reservation details are also sent to that verified destination. If notifications are unconfigured, records remain available in the owner area.

Browser storage and services

The booking flow may keep a request key and date or guest preferences for the current browser session to avoid duplicate submissions. Personal contact details are not intentionally saved as a reusable browser draft. No advertising or marketing analytics have been added.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks booking requests to reduce automated abuse. It processes technical browser and network information; the server verifies the result before creating a new booking hold. Booking contact details are not sent to the verification service.

The map on Contact loads Google Maps when the embedded frame is requested. Links to maps, WhatsApp, tourism sites and image sources open third-party services with their own privacy practices. Site hosting and sign-in services process technical request data as needed to operate the site. Owner access uses authenticated sign-in and a server-side allowlist.

Access and deletion requests

Contact the host through the published call or WhatsApp channels to ask about your booking information, correct details or request deletion. The host may need to verify the request and retain records required for outstanding bookings, payments or applicable recordkeeping obligations. An automated retention schedule is not configured in this initial release.

Enquiry information is not sold, and sending a message does not subscribe you to a newsletter. If the host later adds a new use of personal information, this notice should be updated before that use begins.
