All FAQs & house rulesCan I book the whole villa?
Yes. Choose a private bedroom or reserve all three bedrooms with the agreed guest common spaces. A Whole Villa stay gives your group exclusive use of those spaces. There is one indoor bathroom in either arrangement.
Is the bathroom shared?
Yes. King Room, Canopy Room and Queen Room share one indoor bathroom. When the Whole Villa is booked, it is used only by your group. The outdoor surf shower is a separate shared rinse facility.
Which rooms have air conditioning?
King Room and Canopy Room have AC and fans. Queen Room has a fan only, without AC. All three bedrooms have access to the same shared facilities.
Are children and infants welcome?
Yes. Children aged six or older use standard sleeping places. King Room and Canopy Room each allow one additional child under six; ages 2-5 use existing bedding, and infant sleeping arrangements must be agreed. Queen Room has a maximum of two people, including every child and infant. No cot or extra bed is promised.
Are meals included?
No prepared meals or breakfast are provided. All guests may use the shared kitchen. Tea-making equipment, tea packets and sugar packets are available. Please clean up after cooking and respect other guests’ food.
