Bring your own group and reserve all three bedrooms together. Your reservation includes the guest kitchen, living area, garden, paved courtyard and outdoor surf shower. The single indoor bathroom is shared within your group.

Maximum six adults. Up to eight people fit only with the room-specific child allocation: one additional child under six in King Room and one in Canopy Room. Queen Room always has a maximum of two people. Every infant counts; sleeping arrangements must be agreed.

Every guest can access the kitchen, living area, garden, courtyard, Wi-Fi and free parking. The kitchen includes tea-making equipment, tea packets and sugar packets. No prepared meals or breakfast are supplied.

The Whole Villa cannot be reserved while any individual bedroom is booked for the same nights. Your reservation covers the three bedrooms and agreed guest common spaces.

Children of all ages and pets are welcome under the room’s capacity rules. Tell the host about pets and infant sleeping arrangements before confirmation. Smoking is prohibited indoors and allowed in the yard.
